Honey-Nut Goat Cheese Balls

Honey-Nut Goat Cheese Balls

We like to serve this snack with wine or beer before a meal. They're a little sweet, a little salty, and a lot addictive!

Ingredients:

4 ounces medium-firm fresh goat cheese
1⁄2 cup honey-roasted peanuts, finely chopped
Honey for drizzling
Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

Using a melon baller, scoop out rounds of goat cheese and form into balls with your hands.

Roll the balls in the chopped peanuts until completely covered. Drizzle balls lightly with honey and sprinkle with a little pepper. Serve with toothpicks.

Servings: about 16 balls
